The protests in Venezuela continue, although it appears that little progress has been made. Sadly, three people appear to have been killed today, one being a student protester and another being an older man although it is not clear whether or not he was a protester as well. It is not clear who the third casualty was (1). In addition Maduro's government arrested three Generals in the Air Force who are accused of plotting a coup. The protests in Venezuela have not seen much coverage in the news as of late, but they show no sign of slowing down and I believe the three deaths recently point to rising tensions as the total death toll for the protests in over a month is only 23. Certainly something to keep your eye on, and I will make sure to actually update this site from now on :)
